Based out of Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, our Cycling Club incorporates all aspects of cycling. Activities include recreational road rides, mountain biking, spinning, and road racing. Students, staff, and faculty with all bike-related interests are welcome to join!
Currently, we are preparing for the spring season of USAC collegiate cycling, as well as many other road races (see Schedule page). Even in the winter, we try to bike outside as much as possible. Otherwise, we hold spinning classes twice per week. Many members have purchased either stationary trainers or rollers (which have proven to be very useful, but a little stressful!) that they use to train indoors. For training schedules and ideas, several members refer to the Cyclist's Training Bible by Joe Friel.
This blog is used as a form of communication between members. We can post training or route ideas, updates on cycling progress, and information relative to cycling.
Anyone can comment on posts, but if you would like to create a blog post or become a regular contributor (which we encourage to anyone that is interested) please email Matthew Demarest at docdem12@gmail.com.

ReplyDeleteHi Eddy,
ReplyDeleteWe'll be on the Quad tomorrow (Wed. April 6th) from 9am-4pm. If that doesn't work, drop us a line and we can try to meet up somewhere to help you out. Thanks!
