Relay for Life

Thanks to everyone who came out to Relay last night and helped us pedal through the night (and the rain). We did a great job raising awareness for both our club and the fight against cancer by raising almost $2,000. I thought I'd share some of the pictures I took with everyone. If anyone wants them in a larger version just email me and I'll send them to you.

Also- good job to Garrett for learning how to use the rollers and Eric for attempting to eat cake while on rollers and whatever other nonsense he managed to do on them.

Triathlon for Life

Thanks to everyone who helped out with triathlon yesterday! It was a success, despite not getting as many competitors as we had hoped for. Everyone seemed to have a good time and the event ran smoothly. I just wanted to share some of the pictures we took with everyone and hopefully next years will be even more successful!

Relay for Life

Case's Relay for Life is April 15th and while that might seem like that is far away, we need to get fundraising so that we reach (and hopefully exceed!) our team goal of $1,000 for the American Cancer Society. We'd really like it if we could get as many members as possible to join the Relay team and for those who can't participate to still help us reach our goal.

Spinning

Hey everyone,

I just wanted to remind you to sign up to come to spinning on the google doc. I believe Matt is the person to contact if you don't have access to it. I really need you to put your name on the list- this is how I keep track of attendance (particularly on days when I'm not there). It is also how we make sure that no one comes to Veale only to find out that there aren't any more bikes. At last count we had 12 functioning bikes (we're down 3) so this is even more important as every bike was in use tonight. Thanks so much!

Meeting Posters!

Hey club! Check out two posters for next Wednesday's meeting. Tell your kids, tell your wife. because we're having a meeting in the Veale Hall of Fame Room. (not sure that flowed as well as the original...)

I'll send a better copy through the email (which you'll probably get sometime before you see this). Print them out, cover campus with them. Points to whomever can cover an entire building with one or both.
