New Design Ideas

Hey guys,
I modified the look of the page just a bit. I think it cuts a little better.
If you have ideas for layout changes, I'd be happy to hear them. If you think the page is too black-and-white, let me know. Leave suggestions as comments here. If you think the theme should be reverted, let me know.

    Looks good! Can you give the same (or similar) treatment to the officer's website too?

    Fixed those nasty rounded corners in older Firefox versions. Sorry if you had to see that.

    The new layout looks pretty good, I love the background. I know the major part of the layout comes from google's templates but is there a way to make the page tabs a little more prominent?

    If you're using internet explorer, I apologize.

    Use Chrome. Or get the IE9 beta.
